2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Contact Form

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, e-mail address, subject, and message.

  • Purpose: Responding to your inquiry.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — processing is necessary to handle your request before a potential contract.
  • Retention: Your data is stored for up to 2 years from the date of submission, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Processor: Your message is delivered via EmailJS (see section 3).

2.2 Google Analytics (Analytical Cookies)

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised information about how you use our website (pages visited, session duration, approximate geographic region). Your IP address is anonymised before processing.

  • Purpose: Understanding website usage to improve content and user experience.
  • Legal basis: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by visiting our Cookie Policy page.
  • Retention: Up to 14 months (Google Analytics default).

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
