2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 Contact Form
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, e-mail address, subject, and message.
- Purpose: Responding to your inquiry.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — processing is necessary to handle your request before a potential contract.
- Retention: Your data is stored for up to 2 years from the date of submission, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Processor: Your message is delivered via EmailJS (see section 3).
2.2 Google Analytics (Analytical Cookies)
If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised information about how you use our website (pages visited, session duration, approximate geographic region). Your IP address is anonymised before processing.
- Purpose: Understanding website usage to improve content and user experience.
- Legal basis: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by visiting our Cookie Policy page.
- Retention: Up to 14 months (Google Analytics default).

We share your data only with processors that provide services essential to the above purposes:
